I don't watch soccer, but Ash has been watching the World Cup, so I've been along for the ride. Also, I have a bracket at stake, so I am personally interested in the outcome of the matches. :-)
A few days ago, if you've been living under a rock, there was an amazing goal scored by Landon Donovan in stoppage time, and that goal allowed the US to continue on in the World Cup. Here's an article about the amazing video a fan created right after the game.
Again, I don't watch soccer, but this video moved me. After all, it's rare that a single moment can bring together all Americans--this was one of them.
